Version of [●] 2026
This document provides information on the methods used to limit and control the risks of fraudulent transactions when paying for goods and services on https://hill.uz (hereinafter - the “Site”), owned by ABBA GLOBAL LLC (hereinafter - the “Administration”). Control is exercised using the anti-fraud capabilities of the partner bank by applying the restrictions provided for in the internet acquiring agreement.
1. General provisions
1.1. Payments on the Site are accepted through the Payment System of the partner bank [●] (hereinafter - the “Bank”) under an internet acquiring agreement.

2.2. Bank monitoring. Every transaction is checked in real time by the Bank’s fraud monitoring system. The Bank may decline a transaction deemed suspicious or request additional confirmation.
2.3. Limits. In accordance with the internet acquiring agreement, the Site applies limits on the amount of a single transaction and on the number of transactions per day from one card and from one Personal Account [●].
2.4. Checks by the Administration. The Administration verifies the consistency of the Order details (e-mail address, phone number, delivery address for a Printed Issue) and may contact the Buyer to confirm the Order before fulfilling it; if confirmation cannot be obtained, the Order is cancelled and the payment refunded.
2.5. Restriction of access. Where signs of fraud are detected, the Administration may suspend fulfilment of the Order and restrict or block the Buyer’s Personal Account in the manner set out in the Terms of Use.
3. What to do if you suspect a fraudulent transaction

-
contact their issuing bank to block the card and dispute the transaction;
-
report the transaction to the Administration at info@hillmagazine.ru, stating the date, amount and last four digits of the card number.
3.2. The Administration, together with the Bank, investigates the report and, if the transaction is confirmed to be fraudulent, refunds the funds in the manner provided for by the internet acquiring agreement and the rules of the payment systems.
